May: Dr. Leng received a new NIH R01 award for the LifeSPAN project focused on lifecourse sleep, cognitive decline and risk of Alzheimer's disease.
February: Dr. Leng's editorial, a collaboration with Dr. Kristine Yaffe entitled "Harnessing Brain Pathology for Dementia Prevention," was published in JAMA Neurology.
January: "Association Between Sleep Quantity and Quality in Early Adulthood With Cognitive Function in Midlife" (peer-reviewed article) was published in Neurology. This research, led by Dr. Leng, was featured in Neuroscience News.
2023
September: Dr. Leng received a new NIH R21 award for the STAI-SHARP project focused on polysomnography-based digital biomarkers for Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson disease.
